Lance Weurding Bio
Lance graduated with a Business Degree from the highly acclaimed Real Estate Program from Arizona State University in 1996. Prior to Caliber Commercial, he was Senior Associate with EBS & Associates earning Agent of the Year in both 2007 and 2008. He’s professionally acknowledged for his wide range of knowledge and skills in the Commercial Real Estate field including his authored work with the “Turn-key Investment”. He’s personally blessed with his wife, Heather, and their beautiful daughters, Reagan and Jordan.
Troy Weurding Bio
Troy graduated with a Civil Engineering Degree from University of Southern California in 1996. Troy previously worked as a Senior Associate with EBS & Associates earning Agent of the Year in both 2007 and 2008. He is a specialist in every aspect of a successful commercial real estate transaction with exceptional skills in data analysis and presentation for commercial investments. He’s personally blessed with his wife, Danielle, and their active twins, Kate and Carson.
